Ce spun clienții noștri
Based on the very good references we had read about the Ramia agency, we started a project that was estimated to be extremely difficult: selling our parents' house in Săcele. The complexity of the project came from predefined conditions, both constructive, cadastral and from the personal constellation. Ms. Ana Ilinca from the Ramia Real Estate Agency took over the project, preparing the documentation very accurately and systematically, which avoided any stress and ambiguity for us as sellers. The complete and transdisciplinary package offered by the Ramia Agency started with the creation of professional descriptions and photographs of the property and continued with property visits organized on our behalf and then with quick and constructive responses to clients' questions. Benefiting from the special practical sense of the Ramia Agency, we managed to conclude the purchase promise in 4 months and in 6 months (during winter) we handed over the property. The success factors of this project are linked to the excellent professionalism and empathy of Ms. Ana Ilinca, as well as the care for details in advising each step. We thank Ramia Agency for the success achieved in a short time and for the lack of any stress, nervousness or uncertainty for us. Living far from Brasov, it would have been impossible for us to deal with contacts with interested clients and systematic visits, followed by prolonged correspondence on multiple social media, e-mail as well as consultations with various notaries in order to clarify the intermediate steps. Cooperation with Ramia Agency has ensured us success in parallel with a state of personal relaxation and confidence. We conclude this project with delight and think with courage and confidence about future collaborations. We wish Ramia Agency health and success in continuing the tradition of excellence in real estate services.
I recommend with all my trust and sincerity the Ramia Team, especially Mrs. Ilinca for all the support and guidance of our collaboration! Thank you very much for all the dedication and support!
Out of 5 real estate agencies I contacted to sell an apartment, only one won: Ramia Imobiliare. Ms. Ana Ilinca from Ramia Imobiliare, in a very short time, managed to find the right buyer for me. Dansa provided me with all the support I needed during the sales process, proving to be an experienced professional. Thank you and good luck in the future!
An agency that I do not recommend, very high commissions and their quality as agents does not justify the value of the commissions.
Professionalism, seriousness, excellent contact, these are some of the characteristics of the Ramia Imobiliare agency! I had a studio apartment for sale, an operation that was completed in a month. Since I was not in Brasov, Mrs. Ilinca took care of everything: viewings, certificates, taxes, notary, etc. with great seriousness, keeping me informed at all times. Irreproachable services and wonderful people in this agency! I recommend it with all confidence!
